Responsibilities for Customer Support Data Entry Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:

• Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company database systems

• Maintain, update, and verify customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Identify and correct data discrepancies while performing routine data audits

• Organize, file, and maintain customer records and documentation

• Handle confidential customer information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

• Support the customer service team with administrative and data management tasks

• Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Support Data Entry Clerk jobs:

• Minimum 1 year of data entry, administrative, or customer service experience

• Experience within the medical device industry is preferred

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
