Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm & Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Approximately 3-month assignment with immediate start)

Duties of the data entry specialist:

• Review, verify, and input inbound international shipping and receiving documentation into the ERP system
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, track, cross-reference, and audit high-volume supply chain data
• Process high volumes of daily correspondence, routing and archiving supporting PDF and Word files
• Scan, index, name, and retrieve digital and paper freight records with high accuracy
• Match paperwork against physical receiving activity to resolve missing or inconsistent information promptly

Requirements of the data entry specialist:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and email systems
• High-speed, accurate data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Prior experience operating within an ERP database system or quick adaptability to custom software
• Strong organizational skills to manage repetitive processing tasks and continuous email flow
• Dependable attendance record with full commitment to the 3-month assignment
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or fastener supply chains is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
