As an In House Sales Executive , you'll introduce guests and owners to Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities, helping them discover vacation experiences tailored to their lifestyle. You'll deliver engaging presentations, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities.
• Build rapport with guests and understand their travel interests and vacation goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communications via phone, email, virtual platforms, and written correspondence.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize HGV technology and sales tools to complete transactions and maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend ongoing sales meetings and training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Generate referral leads from new customers, owners, and team members.
• Promote Hilton Grand Vacations' core values while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Schedule

• Sales operations run 7 days per week
• Shifts begin between 7:00 AM and 7:45 AM
• Two weeks of paid training provided
• Five-day work schedules assigned after training based on business needs

What Are We Looking For?

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of timeshare/vacation ownership sales experience
• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to resolve complex customer service issues professionally
• Proven adaptability in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership experience

Two years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience
