About LNN Law LNN Law (Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP) is a well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff-side law firm built on one core belief: justice should be accessible to everyone—not just the powerful. We represent individuals in Employment Law, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury, standing up for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives while holding corporations, employers, and insurance companies accountable. Every case begins with the right people, and behind every successful legal team is exceptional talent. The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting attorneys and legal professionals, possesses a strong understanding of California employment laws and recruiting best practices, and approaches hiring as a strategic business function rather than an administrative task. Partner with department leaders and firm leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates in a highly competitive legal market. Demonstrated success recruiting attorneys and legal support professionals. Strong understanding of the California legal employment market.
