This role ensures that materials are prepared, assembled, inspected, and packaged in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. The Assembler plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow, identifying defects, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment while supporting overall team productivity.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in shipping area. Daily duties may require winding, tacking, decaling, sealing, rolling, painting, drilling, etc.Identifying any defective items and handling them according to established procedures.Working with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products.Inventories tools, parts and supplies; contacts material handlers if supplies are needed.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
