As a Logistics Broker, you'll own the entire customer experience—from prospecting new business and developing customer relationships to coordinating freight movements and ensuring successful delivery. What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a portfolio of customers through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing new business and securing repeat customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers while identifying transportation solutions that meet their needs.
• Source and negotiate with carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation.
• Coordinate freight movements while proactively communicating with customers and carrier partners.
• Resolve shipment issues quickly while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful freight execution.
• Meet and exceed sales activity, revenue, and gross profit goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, capacity, and pricing to provide strategic transportation solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous freight brokerage experience is required .
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound sales calls and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
