Server/Bartender
Old Field Club – Old Field, NY

The Old Field Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and professional Servers/Bartenders to join our team. We are a private waterfront members club offering dining, social events, weddings, and special functions throughout the year. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Set up and break down dining and bar areas.
• Assist with weddings, private events, banquets, and club functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the club's high standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (with potential for year-round opportunities)
