Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. License: Active license required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Telemetry experience - remote monitoring required. Feeding tube care and management experience required. Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central Line Care/Management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, and PICC Line Management experience required. Starting IVs experience required. Description: This role involves working 3x12 hour shifts during the day. The nurse will care for patients with a variety of co-morbidities. Specialized care will focus on stroke (neuro) patient population. A nurse to patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 is expected. Experience with isolation precautions and wound care is necessary. Telemetry experience includes both remote monitoring and on-unit monitoring. Interpretation of dysrhythmias is required. The nurse will interact with interdisciplinary support teams, including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and Pharmacy. The daily census for the unit is approximately 29 patients. Candidates should be prepared to float to different facilities as needed. About Cynet Health
