Job Description

The Trimmer supports the delivery of high-quality, customer-ready garments by completing the final stage of the embroidery process. This position removes embroidery backing, trims loose threads, and neatly folds finished garments to ensure each item meets quality standards. The Trimmer also inspects completed garments for accuracy and imperfections before preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Trim embroidery backing and remove loose threads and lint from finished garments.
• Fold, organize, and inspect completed embroidered items against pick tickets and logo worksheets.
• Check garments for stains, holes, or other imperfections and communicate issues to the supervisor or team.
• Pack completed orders into the proper bins and transport them to Shipping or other Embellishments departments as directed.
• Meet or exceed established production standards while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics and their characteristics is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with team members.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active environment.

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
