TS/SCI All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Location: Dayton, OH area — 100% onsite at the base (SCIF Environment)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support a critical government mission in the Dayton, Ohio area. You will join a collaborative team responsible for gathering, evaluating, and interpreting intelligence from multiple sources to produce accurate, mission-focused assessments.

This position is ideal for an analyst with technical or functional military intelligence experience who enjoys investigating complex topics, identifying connections across datasets, and translating raw information into clear intelligence products.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct All-Source intelligence analysis in support of government mission requirements.
• Research new intelligence sources, build queries, and gather information from SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other sources.
• Analyze information from intelligence databases and data-analysis tools.
• Validate intelligence and assess the credibility and relevance of collected information.
• Develop clear, accurate intelligence assessments and finished products.
• Analyze topics related to geographic commands and weapons systems.
• Collaborate with other analysts to answer complex intelligence questions.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 3 years of dedicated All-Source intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience using intelligence center databases and data-analysis tools.
• Experience supporting INDOPACOM or EUCOM.
• Experience analyzing weapons systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in the Dayton, OH area.

Please note: The client is specifically seeking dedicated All-Source analysis experience rather than primarily Multi-INT or Fusion analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain intelligence or acquisition intelligence.
• Open-source intelligence experience.
• Knowledge of a foreign language.
• Bachelor’s degree.
