Salary: $55,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• Prior hands-on IT work experience and basic troubleshooting competency with Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID, network printers, hardware firewalls, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer-service approach, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate with nontechnical users, ask technical questions, and explain troubleshooting clearly.
• Preferred experience: ConnectWise Manage, Ninja RMM, ScreenConnect, Veeam Backup and Replication, Dell PowerEdge or Nimble server and storage hardware, Citrix, and FSLogix.
• One year of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, Microsoft 365/Intune/Entra user and device administration, and help desk work is required; one year of firewall configuration or support, preferably WatchGuard, is preferred.

• Respond to and resolve client support requests, from password resets to server performance or availability issues, including remote support for users in our cloud and terminal server environment.
• Configure and support client servers hosted by us.
• Respond to and resolve internal alerts relating to hosted client servers.
• During the first 90 days, learn our cloud and managed-services environment, terminal server infrastructure, and client support workflows.
• Take ownership of a full support queue of approximately 10–15 new tickets per day while meeting response-time and client-satisfaction targets and keeping fewer than 30 tickets open on average.
• Troubleshoot recurring client issues proactively, document solutions, and help reduce repeat incidents.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and practically to law firm end-users.
